HYTN and Nasdaq's SNDL Collaborating on GMP-Compliant Vape Cartridge Development for Global Markets

07:23 AM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HYTN Innovations ( HYTNF ) , which produces pharmaceutical-grade cannabis, and saw its shares lose 3.5% yesterday, late on Tuesday entered into a collaboration agreement with SNDL Inc. ( SNDL ) , one of the world's largest vertically integrated cannabis companies, to jointly develop Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliant vape cartridges.

A statement noted that under the agreement which was signed January 17, 2025, neither HYTN nor SNDL ( SNDL ) are obligated to exclusivity. It said while key milestones include the processing of three commercial batches, there is no obligation regarding sales volume or pricing terms. Upon completion of the development phase, both parties may explore a commercial manufacturing agreement for vape cartridges, it added.
