HYTN Innovations Seals Initial Purchase Order Under Manufacturing Partnership With SNDL

06:50 AM EST, 01/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HYTN Innovations ( HYTNF ) , which produces pharmaceutical-grade cannabis, over the weekend said it received an initial purchase order under manufacturing and pricing agreements with cannabis company SNDL ( SNDL ) .

"This partnership underscores our commitment to delivering exceptional cannabis products in regulated international markets," said HYTN Chief Executive Elliot McKerr. "With SNDL's ( SNDL ) robust market presence and HYTN's advanced manufacturing standards, we are poised to make a significant impact on the global cannabis industry."

HYTN Innovations ( HYTNF ) will utilize EU Good Manufacturing Practice (EU GMP) to process both bulk and finished cannabis products for SNDL ( SNDL ) under the deal.

The company, which expects the initial purchase order to ship in the first quarter, on Jan. 6 received import permits from the UK's Home Office.

Shares of the company closed down $0.010 or 2.9%, at $0.330 on Friday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
