Feb 21, 2025 1:17 AM

03:49 AM EST, 02/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hyzon Motors (HYZN) said Thursday it has notified Nasdaq of its plan to delist the company's shares and warrants.

Hyzon said it expects to submit its delisting application to the Securities and Exchange Commission and Nasdaq on March 4, with the removal of the securities from Nasdaq effective 10 days after the filing.

The company said it expects its shares to trade on the OTC Markets Group bulletin board.

The company said the decision followed review of the costs and time associated with reporting and auditing periodic SEC reports to meet Nasdaq requirements.
