10:03 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- I3 Verticals ( IIIV ) said Tuesday it has sold its Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management business, including related proprietary technology, to Infinx, for $96 million in an all-cash deal.

The company will be "completely streamlined" after the divestiture, focusing on the public sector business, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Greg Daily said.
