I3 Verticals Shares Fall After Reporting Fiscal Q3 Results

04:09 PM EDT, 08/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- I3 Verticals ( IIIV ) shares fell more than 7% in recent Friday trading, a day after the company reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings from continuing operations of $0.07 per diluted share, down from $0.15 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.35.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $56 million, down from $57.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $96.1 million.

I3 Verticals ( IIIV ) expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS from continuing operations of $1.05 to $1.25. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.63.

The company expects revenue from continuing operations for fiscal 2024 of $228 million to $234 million, and revenue for fiscal 2025 of $243 million to $263 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $357.7 million for fiscal 2024 and $411.4 million for fiscal 2025.
