04:35 PM EST, 12/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- i-80 Gold ( IAUX ) said Tuesday it agreed with Orion Mine Finance to defer the December 2024 gold prepay and January 2025 silver purchase deliveries until March 31.

The agreements completed the first phase of recapitalization, according to i-80 Gold ( IAUX ).

The company said it plans to complete the recapitalization plan by or around the end of Q1 2025.

Shares of i-80 Gold ( IAUX ) were up 5.2% in after-hours activity.
