i-80 Gold At-The-Market Equity Program to Expire on March 27, Project Economic Assessments Coming This Month

06:52 AM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- i-80 Gold ( IAUX ) on Wednesday said its at-the-market equity program will expire on March 27 when it files its financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.

The company has been in a trading blackout since Feb. 14 following the announcement of the results of the preliminary economic assessment for the Cove project and has elected to remain in a blackout period until the end of the first quarter.

The company remains engaged in discussions with current and potential debt providers to advance its recapitalization plan.

Since its inception in August 2024, a total of 26.7 million shares were issued under the ATM program for gross proceeds of $25.1 million.

Full PEAs for various i-80 projects are expected to be filed by the end of March.

The company's share price at last look gained 2.4% to US$0.65 in U.S. pre-market trading on Wednesday.
