12:07 PM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- I-80 Gold ( IAUX ) said Monday it has closed its $287.5 million upsized offering of 3.75% unsecured convertible senior notes due 2031.

Net proceeds will be used to advance the company's five gold projects, refurbish the Lone Tree processing plant, fund resource expansion and infill drilling, and general corporate purposes, the company said.

The company's shares were up over 1% in Monday trading.
