06:52 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- i-80 GOLD ( IAUX ) said Tuesday it has closed its gold prepayment facility with National Bank of Canada and Macquarie Bank, completing its recapitalization plan.

The facility includes an initial advance of $150 million and a $100 million accordion feature, the company said.

i-80 GOLD ( IAUX ) said it raised more than $1 billion in capital, which is expected to fully fund phases 1 and 2 of its gold projects.
