i-80 Gold Prices $10 Million Offering of Shares

03:51 AM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- i-80 Gold ( IAUX ) said late Thursday it has priced an offering of $10 million worth of shares at 0.80 Canadian dollars ($0.56) per share.

The company said it expects to use net proceeds from the offering to develop its Nevada projects and for general corporate purposes.
