06:38 AM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- i-80 Gold ( IAUX ) late on Thursday said it has priced its offering of common shares at C$0.80 per share for proceeds of US$10 million.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for the development of projects in Nevada and for working capital and general corporate purposes. The company is working toward completion of the second phase of its recapitalization plan targeted for March 31.

The offering closing is subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals, including from the TSX and NYSE American.
