04:12 AM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- IAC (IAC) reported late Tuesday Q1 earnings of $0.51 per diluted share, down from $4.57 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $1.08.

Revenue for the quarter was $929.7 million, down from $1.08 billion a year earlier. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $933.6 million.
