IBAT Appoints Michael Rutledge as CFO

05:06 PM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- International Battery Metals Ltd. ( IBATF ) after close of trade Monday said it appointed Michael Rutledge as the company's Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to his appointment Rutledge served as interim Chief Financial Officer since March 6.

"We are very pleased to have Michael joining the leadership team at IBAT," said chief executive Joseph Mills. "During Michael's tenure as Interim CFO, he has proven strong leadership qualities and has worked tirelessly to help the IBAT team move the company to its strategic goals of deploying the first large scale commercial DLE technology."

The company's shares closed unchanged at $0.75 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
