IBM, e& Form Enterprise-Grade Agentic AI Collaboration

04:43 AM EST, 01/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- IBM ( IBM ) is collaborating with e& to help roll out enterprise-grade agentic artificial intelligence foundation at e&, beginning with policy, risk, and compliance, the companies said Monday.

The move is aimed at helping e& move beyond traditional natural language processing-based chatbots.

The companies have introduced an agentic AI offering built on IBM ( IBM ) watsonx Orchestrate, featuring more than 500 tools and customizable, domain-specific agents, they said.

IBM ( IBM ) shares were down 1.7% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
