IBM, Jones Lang LaSalle Partner to Support CRE Sector on ESG Reporting, Data Management

09:12 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- IBM ( IBM ) and Jones Lang LaSalle ( JLL ) said Monday they have entered into a collaboration on environmental, social and governance reporting and data management for the commercial real estate sector.

The initial launch will give Jones Lang LaSalle ( JLL ) clients' sites the opportunity to onboard to the IBM Envizi software.

The companies said IBM Envizi ESG Suite will support Jones Lang LaSalle's ( JLL ) Sustainability Program Management that provides sustainability services, including decarbonization strategies, to the CRE Sector.

The software aims to help CRE organizations address challenges like capturing and managing data across real estate portfolios for decision-making and public reporting, the companies said.
