IBM Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase; Shares Jump After Hours

04:38 PM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- IBM ( IBM ) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $2.43 per diluted share, up from $2.18 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $2.17.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $15.77 billion, up from $15.48 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $15.62 billion.

The company expects full-year 2024 constant currency revenue growth "consistent with its mid-single digit model." Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect revenue of $63.09 billion in the full year.

Shares of the company traded 2.3% higher in after-hours activity.
