IBM Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase; Shares Rise After Hours

04:32 PM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- International Business Machines ( IBM ) reported Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $3.92 per diluted share, compared with $3.87 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.78.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $17.55 billion, compared with $17.38 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $17.56 billion.

Looking forward, the technology and hardware company said it expects its 2025 revenue to grow "at least 5%" on a constant currency basis compared with 2024 levels when it generated $62.75 billion in total revenue.

Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $65.39 billion in revenue this year.

IBM ( IBM ) shares were up 8.5% in recent after-hours activity.
