09:35 AM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- IBM ( IBM ) has signed a collaboration agreement with Telefonica Tech, a unit of Spanish telecommunications operator Telefonica ( TEF ), to deploy artificial intelligence, analytics, and data governance products and services, the companies said Tuesday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the deal, which will initially be limited to Spain, the companies said they will develop and deploy an open, hybrid, and multi-cloud platform, focusing on data management and AI.
