04:55 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- IBM ( IBM ) said Tuesday that the company and Oracle (ORCL) are working to bring its portfolio of artificial intelligence products to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

The partnership aims to fuel "a new era of multi-agentic, AI-driven productivity and efficiency across the enterprise," IBM ( IBM ) said.

The company said it plans to make its watsonx Orchestrate AI agent offerings available on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in July.

Oracle shares were down 1.1% in recent premarket activity Tuesday, while IBM ( IBM ) fell 0.6%.
