09:49 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ibotta ( IBTA ) said Monday that Matt Puckett has been named chief financial officer, effective Aug. 25.

Puckett succeeds Valarie Sheppard, who has served as Ibotta's ( IBTA ) interim CFO since March 14. Sheppard will continue to serve on the board, the company said.

Puckett most recently served as CFO of apparel firm VF, according to a statement.
