05:23 PM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Icahn Enterprises ( IEP ) said Tuesday that together with Icahn Enterprises Finance, it has closed the private placement of $750 million of 9% senior unsecured notes due 2030.

Net proceeds will be used to redeem their 6.375% senior unsecured notes due 2025 on June 13, the company said.
