Icahn Enterprises Prices $500 Million Private Debt Offering

05:48 PM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Icahn Enterprises ( IEP ) said late Wednesday it priced a $500 million private placement of 10% senior secured notes due 2029.

The company expects the offering to close Nov. 20, with the net proceeds to go toward the partial redemption of existing 6.25% senior notes due 2026.
