04:59 PM EST, 01/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ICF International ( ICFI ) acquired Applied Energy Group from Ameresco ( AMRC ) for an undisclosed price.

The transaction is anticipated to be accretive immediately to non-GAAP earnings per share, ICF said Tuesday in a statement.

Applied Energy Group is expected to generate $30 million in revenue in 2024 with sales projected to increase at least at a mid-teens rate in 2025, ICF said.
