09:48 AM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ICG Silver & Gold (ICG.CN) said Friday that it secured approval to list its shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The company said it will commence trading at market open on March 31 using the ICG symbol.

ICG recently completed the acquisition of the Tuscarora project in Nevada from American Pacific Mining ( USGDF ) .

ICG said it will be fully funded to complete its phase-one exploration program this summer following the expected completion of its non-brokered unit financing on March 30.
