05:08 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ichor Holdings ( ICHR ) said late Monday it plans to engage a search firm to identify a successor for Chief Executive Jeff Andreson.

As part of the leadership transition program, Andreson will continue in his role until a successor is named. He will then serve as executive adviser to the company through August next year to assist with a seamless transition.
