iClick Interactive Asia Sells China Enterprise Solutions Business; Shares Rise

11:27 AM EDT, 07/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- iClick Interactive Asia ( ICLK ) shares rose more than 10% in recent trading Friday after announcing that its Optimix Media Asia subsidiary has signed a share purchase agreement to sell its equity interest in Tetris Media to BeihaiOne.

The consideration for the sale is $80,000. The company said it hired an independent third-party valuer to assess the market value of Tetris and its subsidiaries.

iClick said Tetris and its units are the main entities wherein it provides its enterprise solutions business in mainland China.

After the asset sale, iClick will keep operating its enterprise solutions business in Hong Kong, as well as its marketing solutions business in mainland China, Hong Kong and other countries.
