11:04 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ICU Medical ( ICUI ) and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Factory said Thursday they have formed a joint venture called Otsuka ICU Medical aimed at strengthening the supply chain in intravenous products.

Financial terms of the venture were not disclosed.

The venture will combine Otsuka's expertise and global manufacturing scale in Asia with ICU Medical's ( ICUI ) North American production in Austin, Texas, the companies said.
