Identiv Closes Sale of Physical Security Business, Names Kirsten Newquist CEO

09:50 AM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Identiv ( INVE ) said Monday it has completed the sale of its physical security business to Vitaprotech for roughly $144.2 million in cash.

The company also said it has named Kirsten Newquist its chief executive officer, succeeding Steven Humphreys.

Newquist was previously Identiv's ( INVE ) president of IoT Solutions, it added.

Identiv ( INVE ) said it continues to expect fiscal Q3 revenue from continuing operations of $5.8 million to $6.1 million.
