08:25 AM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Identiv ( INVE ) said Monday that it has received US regulatory approval to sell its security access card and reader operations to Turkey's Viaprotech for $145 million.

The Committee on Foreign Investment in the US approved Identiv's ( INVE ) application on Aug. 15, the company said.

The two companies expect the sale to be completed within 30 days of the regulatory approval.
