08:21 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- IES Holdings ( IESC ) said Tuesday it completed its executive succession plan, appointing Matt Simmes as chief executive officer.

The company said Simmes also joins its board.

Jeff Gendell, formerly chairman and CEO, will now serve as the board's executive chairman, it added.

Additionally, IES said it named Jordan Lyman president of its residential segment.
