10:59 AM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- iLearningEngines (AILE) said Monday it has named Bonnie-Jeanne Gerety as interim finance chief and Thomas Olivier as interim chief operating officer.

Gerety previously worked as an adviser to the company, while representing her own financial and accounting advisory firm GeretyAdvisors.

Meanwhile, Olivier previously worked as managing director at Arrowroot Capital.

Meanwhile, the company said the release of its Q3 financial results have been delayed due to an ongoing independent investigation related to a short seller report.

Shares of iLearningEngines fell more than 49% in recent trading activity.
