05:00 PM EDT, 03/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- I-Mab ( IMAB ) late Friday said it received a notice from Nasdaq this week stating that its American Depositary Shares risk delisting unless the stock regains compliance with the exchange's $1 minimum bid price requirement.

The notice has no immediate effect on I-Mab's ( IMAB ) listing, and the company has until Sept. 15 to achieve a closing bid price of at least $1 for ten consecutive business days.

I-Mab ( IMAB ) said it is monitoring its stock price and evaluating options to regain compliance.
