04:03 AM EDT, 10/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Immatics ( IMTX ) said late Thursday it priced its public offering of about 16.3 million ordinary shares at $9.25 per share for gross proceeds of about $150 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 2.4 million additional shares.

The offering is expected to close Oct. 15.
