04:13 PM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Immersion (IMMR) said late Friday it received a notice from Nasdaq for noncompliance with the listing requirement to timely file its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended April 30.

The company said it would not be able to file the report within the 15-day extension period without unreasonable effort or expense due to a Barnes & Noble Education ( BNED ) audit committee internal investigation.

Immersion has 60 calendar days from the date of notification to regain compliance.
