05:39 PM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ImmuCell ( ICCC ) said late Monday it has named Olivier te Boekhorst as its next president and chief executive, starting Nov. 1, succeeding Michael Brigham.

Te Boekhorst currently serves as an operating partner at investment firm Archimed and board chair of sequencing laboratory SeqCenter, ImmuCell ( ICCC ) said.

Brigham will transition to the role of special adviser to the CEO for at least two months from te Boekhorst's start date to help ensure a smooth handover, the company said.
