The oncology biotech company sold about 6.3 million unregistered shares of Class A common stock and pre-funded warrants at $3.95 per share, along with roughly 2.8 million purchase warrants exercisable at $5.50 each.

Shares of Immuneering ( IMRX ) were down 1.2% in after-hours trading.
