04:52 PM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Immunome ( IMNM ) filed a prospectus late Friday for the sale of 1.8 million shares by selling shareholders from time to time.

The shares covered in the prospectus were issued under the stock issuance agreement on Oct. 25, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Immunome ( IMNM ) said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares.
