Impact BioMedical Closes Initial Public Offering

12:03 PM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Impact BioMedical ( IBO ) closed its initial public offering of 1.5 million common shares at $3 apiece.

Underwriters have a 45-day option to acquire up to 225,000 additional shares, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

Impact BioMedical ( IBO ) shares fell 13% in recent Tuesday trading.

Price: 2.33, Change: -0.35, Percent Change: -13.10
