Impact BioMedical Shares Fall on Market Debut

02:26 PM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Impact BioMedical ( IBO ) shares fell 8% in recent Monday trading after the company made its debut on the NYSE American Market.

The stock was trading at $2.75 in recent trading, below the IPO price of $3.

Impact BioMedical ( IBO ) said earlier in the day it priced the IPO of 1.5 million common shares at $3 per share.

The company said it granted the underwriters a 45-day option to buy an additional 225,000 shares.

The offering is expected to close on Tuesday, the company added.
