11:53 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Impact BioMedical ( IBO ) said Monday that it has signed a debt conversion agreement with DSS to settle a $12 million loan made in March 2023.

Under the agreement, Impact BioMedical ( IBO ) will issue DSS nearly 32 million common shares to settle the loan, which is in the form of a revolving promissory note.

Impact BioMedical ( IBO ) shares were down 3.7% in recent trading.
