01:50 PM EST, 01/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Impact Silver ( ISVLF ) on Thursday released further results from an ongoing drill program in the Juarez Mine area of its Plomosas zinc mine in northern Mexico.
The company intersected a high-grade interval grading 14.13% zinc and 12 grams per tonne of silver over 2.2 meters true width including a very high-grade section grading 26.06% zinc, and 23 g/t silver over 0.9 meters true width.
The Juarez Mine Zone remains open for exploration and drilling is continuing, Impact said.
"We are encouraged with the great results from the Juarez Mine area which represents a second mineralized horizon open in all directions for mining and exploration. This is located close to the Tres Amigos Zone where we are currently mining and our mining team has already begun underground development work from the historic Juarez Mine adit at surface to begin mining there. On the production side, we continue to ramp up operations with the aim to reach mill design capacity in H1/2025," said chief executive Frederick Davidson.
Impact was last seen up $0.01 to $0.23 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
