Imperial Metals to Redeem $47 Million Senior Unsecured Convertible Debentures Due Aug. 30, 2027

07:42 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Imperial Metals ( IPMLF ) on Tuesday said it will redeem on Aug. 18, all of its outstanding $47 million Senior Unsecured Convertible Debenture due Aug. 30, 2027.

The company said the debentures will be redeemed at 100% of their principal amount on the redemption date which is Aug. 18, together with accrued and unpaid interest up to but excluding the redemption date. Interest on the debentures will cease to accrue on Aug. 18.

Shares of the company closed down 2.9% to $4.63 on Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
