08:54 AM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Incyte ( INCY ) said Thursday that a total of about 29.8 million of its common shares were tendered and not properly withdrawn at or below $60 apiece.

The company has agreed to buy nearly 27.9 million of its common shares for $60 per share, for a total cost of approximately $1.67 billion, Incyte ( INCY ) added.
