05:26 PM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Independence Contract Drilling ( ICD ) shares will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange over its failure to maintain an average market capitalization of at least $15 million over a consecutive 30-trading day period, the NYSE said late Wednesday.

Trading in the company's shares will be suspended immediately, the exchange said.
