Independence Realty Trust Closes Offering of 11.5 Million Shares

05:47 PM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Independence Realty Trust ( IRT ) said, late Thursday, it closed a public offering of 11.5 million shares at $19.75 apiece.

The closing includes 1.5 million shares sold following the exercise in full of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares, the company said.
