Independence Realty Trust Q4 Core FFO Rises, Revenue Falls; 2025 Core FFO Outlook Issued

05:12 PM EST, 02/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Independence Realty Trust ( IRT ) reported Q4 core funds from operations late Wednesday of $0.32 per diluted share, up from $0.30 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.32.

Rental and other property revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 fell to $160.6 million from $166.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $163.3 million.

For 2025, the company expects core FFO of $1.16 to $1.19 per share.

The consensus is for $1.19.

Shares were up more than 1% in after-hours activity.
