Independent Bank Corporation Names Chief Operating Officer

12:25 PM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Independent Bank Corporation (IBCP), the holding company of Independent Bank, said it has appointed Christopher Michaels as its chief operating officer, effective Thursday.

Michaels served as chief information officer and senior vice president of Independent Bank since January 2020, the company said.
