Independent Bank Q4 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Decline

04:49 PM EST, 01/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Independent Bank (INDB) reported Q4 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $1.21 per diluted share, down from $1.26 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.16.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 -- expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income -- was $176.9 million, down from $177.2 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $175.1 million.
