indie Semiconductor Announces Secondary Offering of 525,000 Shares

05:31 PM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- indie Semiconductor (INDI) said in a Thursday filing that Expedera, a selling securityholder, proposed to sell up to 525,000 shares.

The company said it would not receive any proceeds from the sale.
