Indigo Acquisition Prices $100 Million IPO; Nasdaq Debut Set

05:34 PM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Indigo Acquisition (INAC, INACU) priced an initial public offering of 10 million units at $10 apiece to raise $100 million.

Each unit comprises one common share and one right to one-tenth of a common share upon the closing of an initial business combination, the blank-check company said Monday in a statement.

The units will start trading Tuesday on Nasdaq under the ticker INACU.

Once the securities included in the units begin separate trading, the ordinary shares are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbol INAC with the rights under the ticker INACR.
